1 oz Kickass89
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 Egg White
1 dash Angostura bitters

METHOD

Add everything to a cocktail shaker and shake it without ice. This is called a a “dry shake,” to fluff up the egg white—then add ice and shake again. Strain over fresh ice.
